Wilkes-Barre VAMC Veterans Community Partnership Wellness Summit

We do not normally publish events outside of the Lehigh Valley, for our focus in this calendar is exclusively upon doings which benefit our military, military veterans, and their families in our valley.  However,  Wilkes-Barre VA Medical Center, our primary VA servicing hospital network, continues to sponsor a Veterans Community Partnership effort of some value to us — particularly in educating all community nonprofits encountering veterans and their families to be better aware of VA services available to help their clients  — and, on the flip side, for Wilkes-Barre VA Medical Center to continue in growing in knowing what truly worthwhile, community service organizations are out there to assist them when they lack or are prevented in using their own resources — particularly in the Lehigh Valley. 

So, again, perk up!  This might be a networking event your organization needs to attend.  After all, LVMAC wants government and community organizations of all sorts to work more closely together.  It is necessary to the proper care of our veterans, let alone of all other citizens.
