LVMAC Tidbit — LCCC Establishes a Veterans Lounge

On 24 September 2014, Lehigh Carbon Community College (LCCC), a member organization, is holding a Grand Opening for its new veterans’ lounge at 4525 Education Park Drive on the LCCC Main Campus in Schnecksville. The lounge will be open for viewing between 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Dr. Ann Bieber, will do the ribbon cutting at 12 p.m., followed by a luncheon. Registration for the event is required.

LCCC has been a part of LVMAC’s A’s for Vets initiative, an academic alliance of most of the institutions of higher learning in the Lehigh Valley, aimed at ensuring veterans get the best return on their GI Bill.
