LVMAC Tidbits — Vets Needed for Roosevelt School
Roosevelt Elementary School is once again conducting a Veterans Day event. The Vietnam Veterans of America Chapter 415 have participated in it and report it is time worthwhile spent. If you are interested, see below:
What: Veterans Celebration Event
Where: Roosevelt Elementary School, 210 W. Susquehanna St., Allentown, PA 18103
When: Friday, 9 November, 09:45 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.

The Need: Veterans from any period of service; the more the merrier. Program particulars in development but basic format is a “clapping” parade through the first floor hallway, followed by classroom discussions with veterans, moderated by the teachers.
Dress: Chapter/Post or military uniforms or muftis. This is a come as you are event.
